Profile: Jolt is a mean-spirited egomaniac with a hunger for victory. He talks big, boasting about how powerful a saboteur he is, but will seek any excuse to avoid a direct confrontation with the Autobots. Lacking the power for a direct attack, Jolt prefers to sneak up on enemies from behind, striking at their weak points and then retreating before they have a chance to retaliate. His covert operations extend to his other activities as well—rather than go through normal channels for energy and supplies, Jolt prefers raiding parked cars for fuel or stealing from local gas stations for spare parts. Abilities: Jolt transforms into a hot rod outfitted with a turbo-charged V-12 engine, complete with dual carburetors for extra fuel combustion power and side pipes that vent excess exhaust fumes. He is the fastest Decepticon on land, too fast to be clocked by radar but known to be capable of speeds in excess of 400 mph through use of a turbo-booster mechanism. In robot mode, Jolt carries an electrified light saber weapon. Connecting his sword to his engine through a servo cable enables the weapon to draw energy directly from his central power supply, dramatically increasing its potency and enabling him to stun his enemies into submission. Perhaps the most powerful tool at Jolt's disposal, however, is the element of surprise. Weaknesses: A decent defensive system is all that is needed to counter Jolt.
