Profile: Payback never forgets a face.  Etched in his cerebro-circuitry are the names of everyone who has ever crossed him, and he is determined to make each and every one of them pay for what they've done to him.  Whether real or imagined, Payback is convinced that nearly everyone he's met has wronged him somehow.  He is on a deeply personal mission to exact his revenge against everyone who has ever betrayed him—and it's a very long list.  The only reason the Decepticons keep him around is because he's got plenty of imaginary reasons to be mad at the Autobots over past injustices. Abilities:  As a vehicle, Payback can travel through the atmosphere of a planet or venture forth into outer space.  His primary offensive weapon is a synaptic scrambler cannon, designed to interrupt the synaptic pathways in an opponent's mind.  Depending on the intensity and duration of the weapon's blast, it can cause hallucinations or, in extreme cases, permanent brain damage. Weaknesses: Payback is obsessed with seeking vengeance, often to the point where he makes it his primary objective, regardless of his current mission.  He frequently puts himself in danger as a result.
