Profile:  Punchline loves a good joke.  He can often be found laughing hysterically and uncontrollably at some gag that's tickled his proverbial funny bone.  He is especially amused by the failures of his fellow Decepticons.  There's nothing quite so funny to Punchline as watching his comrades humiliate and embarrass themselves.  When this doesn't happen on its own, he orchestrates situations in which it will.  He goes out of his way to sabotage the efforts of his comrades so he can watch them fail—and enjoy a good laugh at their expense. Abilities: As a beetle, Punchline shrinks down to the size of a normal Earth insect, and is capable of traveling at 70 mph in this form.  His head-mounted rotating torsion cannon can warp and distort Autobot armor, making it easier for other Decepticons to inflict additional damage during battle.  In robot mode, he carries a rotating laser pistol that can carve holes in a foot-thick plate of steel.  He often uses the two weapons in conjunction with each other, weakening Autobot armor with his torsion cannon and then blasting holes in them with his laser rifle. Weaknesses: Punchline becomes enraged when he fails.  He loves watching someone else making a fool of themselves, but the last thing he wants is to become a source of amusement for others.
