Profile:  Ringleader is the master of mental manipulation.  His helmet is equipped with specialized nodes designed to transmit psycho-override signals, which temporarily hijack the motor control functions of other robots.  This grants Ringleader nearly complete control over them, reducing them to a zombie-like state while under his spell.  He enjoys the power trip, but he becomes deeply upset when damage comes to his unwilling puppets.  Strong-willed robots are less susceptible to his powers, but that doesn't stop him from trying to gain control over them.  He hopes to one day have an entire army of Autobot commanders under his control.    Abilities: As a jet, Ringleader flies at up to 900 mph, with a maximum range of 4000 miles.  His psycho-override signals can take command over a robot's body from up to 3.5 miles away; subjects who travel out of this radius can break free of his control.  In robot mode, he uses a tracto-beam gun that can bind his opponents in an unbreakable beam of energy.  He often uses the tracto-beam gun to immobilize his subjects before using his psycho-override signals to gain control over them.
