Profile:  Undermine is insecure, mistrustful, and contrary to a fault.  He places no faith in the other Decepticons, contradicting them and bickering with them constantly.  He is particularly argumentative when it comes to the Decepticons' long-term goals.  He sees no value in conquering Earth, believing the Decepticons should abandon it and focus their efforts on regaining control over Cybertron.  His flagrant disrespect for the Decepticon command structure has earned him a low-ranking position in the hierarchy, but this doesn't stop him from stating his opinions—in no uncertain terms—at every conceivable opportunity. Abilities: Undermine transforms into a rumbling cannon-tank that travels 90 mph.  His variable-yield cannon can fire super-heated plasma blasts that can bore through solid rock, a cryogenic freeze-ray that can immobilize Autobots in their tracks, or concentrated bursts of compressed air that can sear a hole through ten feet of concrete.  He can also function as a battering ram to break through Autobot strongholds.  He is capable of shrinking down to the size of a handheld weapon, which does not significantly reduce his destructive capacity. Weaknesses:  Undermine places no faith in the other Decepticons. Even when being carried by another Decepticon in weapon mode, Undermine frequently ignores their directions and chooses his own targets.
